Yoga for Equestrians—yoga classes designed with equestrian knowledge, to enhance balance, flexibility, and connection in the riders body. These sessions are tailored to the needs of equestrians, helping improve posture, strength, and mindfulness both in and out of the saddle.

Yoga not only strengthens your physical body but also deepens your mental focus and awareness, both essential for riding. Whether you’re an experienced rider or new to equestrianism, this practice can help you develop a deeper connection with your body and your horse, improving communication and creating a more harmonious riding experience.

Through mindful movement, breath work, and relaxation techniques, my Yoga for Equestrians classes support riders in achieving better alignment, focus, and calm—key elements for a more balanced and rewarding equestrian journey.

At WIF (weather depending) or via Zoom: $22/person

At Your Farm: $25/person + travel fee ($.60/mile), minimum of 5 people

Add on option: $35 for 30-minute riding lesson post yoga class.
